Was up at Rock City for a Mother's Day gathering Sunday and came home with A FREAKIN TICK!!!!
Before the ride this afternoon - Adam asked if any of us had a chain tool. Turns out he put his chain on and missed the little tab that holds it on the derailleur pulleys. He was excoriated with a judicious amount of newb-rank by the veteran mechanics in the office.
He even raced it like this in Pittsburgh last weekend.
Today, after a hot week, it was cool and windy again. Good news is I appear to be recovered from the blood donation... bad news is I'm still slow.
