The Summit Weather Station (925-838-9225) reported the temp as "eighteen-eight degrees".
The fog was as thick as it comes down low, but it was bright and clear above about 300 ft elevation.
Still not warm though.
No wildlife other than birds and squirrels, no road kill.
More runners than usual, must have been some kind of coordinated event. A few riders, including Taleo and Wells Fargo guys... and Dudley.
Camera lens gets a little fogged up inside my sweaty pocket on these cold days.
Note to self - need a new battery in the chest strap.
Probably about time to retire this pair of socks. |
