Just me today. Cool and breezy and perfect. Went hard and got my best Junction time of the year. I now have 4 rides under 55 minutes so my post-patella-fracture fitness is still improving.
Cataracts surgery in ONE month... standby for a detailed report on that. Doctor said one week of no heavy exertion so I'll probably miss a few rides, but I'm looking forward to better vision.
